Love / Hate

A typographic experiment exploring the negative language within glossy magazines. The above images are of a deconstructed Heat magazine, allowing the reader to see what type of context the language is really placed in. The oxymoron experiment is a result of the above Love/Hate typographic deconstruction of glossy magazines. I explored the idea of a positive and negative together an ‘oxymoron’ the whole project became an exploration of language and type in which I created a visual journey to demonstrate the process in which the project went through from start to finish.
